Refund Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at queries@neetikachopra.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The shipping charges will be borne by the client for the reverse shipments.
Refunds (Store Credit):
In case of approved returns or exchanges, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. The store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and can be redeemed exclusively on our website. Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before the order is dispatched/delivered to you. For cancellation requests, please mail us at queries@neetikachopra.com, and we will initiate the refund after confirming the same.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
